Vakfımızın önceliği tüm eğitim görmek isteyen öğrencilere önlerindeki maddi sorunu ortadan kaldırmaktır.

- Yüz kızartıcı bir eylemden dolayı disiplin cezası almamış ve sabıka kaydı bulunmuyor olmak,
- Örgün öğretimde eğitim alıyor olmak,
- Ara sınıflar için genel not ortalamasının 4,00 üzerinden en az 2,00 olması ve birden fazla eğitim öğretim yılı tekrarı yapmamak.
- Hazırlık sınıfı eğitimini tekrar etmiyor olmak,
- Devlet üniversitesinde öğrenim görüyor veya vakıf (özel) üniversitelerinde %100 burslu eğitim alıyor olmak,
- Birden fazla kamu kurumundan veya başka bir özel kurumdan burs / kredi almıyor olmak.
